Product Warranty

All vehicles supplied by Fir Tree Services are supplied with our own warranty which includes mechanical parts and labour. The UK Statutory rights apply. Parts are subject to manufacturers price changes and dealers reliability.

Payments

Payment for all parts ordered are to be paid for in advance and a non refundable 10% holding deposit is required on all vehicles purchased. The outstanding amount is payable upon collection unless agreed otherwise by Fir Tree Services. Goods shall remain the property of the seller until the price has been discharged in full. A cheque given by the purchaser shall not be treated as a discharge until the same has been cleared.

We accept cash, bank draft, building society draft, personal and company cheque's. Any vehicle paid for with a personal or company cheque will be held until funds are cleared. Finance is subject to acceptance. All prices are in £ sterling. VAT (current rate) is added to all items unless otherwise stated.

Estimates

Second hand car dealers Fir Tree Services can provide free written estimates which are valid for 30 days from the date shown and are subject to parts manufactures price rises and dealers reliability.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
