| By accessing, viewing and using materials from this website,

| All vehicles and parts supplied by Fir Tree
Services carry a 3 month warranty or 3'000 miles which includes
all mechanical parts and labour. The UK Statutory rights apply.
Parts are subject to manufacturers price changes and dealers
reliability. |

| Payment for all parts ordered are to be paid for in advance
and a non refundable 10% deposit is required on all vehicles
purchased. The outstanding amount is payable upon collection
unless agreed otherwise by Fir Tree Services. All vehicles
and parts remain the property of Fir Tree Services until paid
in full. We accept cash, bank draft, building society draft,
personal and company cheque's. Any vehicle or service paid
for with a personal or company cheque will be held until funds
are cleared. Finance is subject to acceptance. All prices
are in £ sterling. VAT (current rate) is added to all
items unless otherwise stated. |

| Fir Tree Services can provide
free written estimates which are valid for 30 days from the
date shown and are subject to parts manufactures price rises
and dealers reliability. |
